THE NEW FLEXING SYSTEM FOR EYEBROWS AND EYELASHES FROM ELAN!
Transparent Serum No. 1 is a product used for the FIRST part of the eyebrow and eyelash lamination procedure. The combination of two types of relaxing agents and two types of alkalis in the product’s formula allows Serum No. 1 to quickly and effectively transform the disulfide bonds in the hair. This reduces the duration of the laminating procedure. During the procedure, the hair is protected from drying out and brittleness thanks to a conditioning complex containing keratin and collagen.

Usage:

1. Apply Serum No. 1 to your eyebrows or eyelashes.
2. Let it sit for 3–10 minutes, depending on the condition of your eyebrows or eyelashes (see application instructions).
3. Then remove any excess solution using a cotton pad moistened with water.
   pH 9.0–9.5.
