NEW FLEXING SYSTEM FOR EYELASHES AND EYEBROWS FROM ELAN!
Serum 1 is the solution used for the FIRST part of the eyebrow and eyelash flexing procedure. The combination of two different relaxing agents and two different alkalizing agents in the product allows Serum 1 to quickly and efficiently remodel disulfide bonds in the hairs, reducing the procedure time. The nourishing complex with keratin and collagen protects the hairs from dehydration and fragility while retaining moisture inside the hairs.

How to use:

1. Apply Serum 1 to the eyebrows or eyelashes.
2. Let it develop for 3-10 minutes, depending on the condition of the eyebrow or eyelash hairs (see the application instructions).
3. Afterward, remove the excess solution using a cotton pad moistened with water.
   pH is 9.0–9.5.
