Instructions for Use

  1. Place the hair removal wax in the heater's container.
  2. Plug the device into an electrical outlet.
  3. Use the thermostat to select the desired temperature setting (1–6). When you turn on the device, the power indicator will light up red.
  4. Once the wax has completely melted, use the thermostat to set the temperature you want to maintain during the treatment.
  5. After use, turn off the device and unplug it from the power outlet.

Warranty period: 6 months from the date of purchase.

- Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

- If a manufacturing defect or a material quality issue is discovered within 6 months of the date of purchase, the wax heater will be repaired or replaced with a new one.

The warranty does not cover damage to the power cord or damage caused by the use of acidic or unsuitable cleaning products.

- To receive warranty service, the defective device must be returned to the importer along with proof of purchase.

- The warranty does not cover devices that show signs of misuse, damage, or parts that, in the company's judgment, are not considered defective.

- The warranty is void if the device has been modified, disassembled, or repaired by third parties not authorized by the importer to perform repairs.

- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including:

  • For surface chips, scratches, and scuffs.
  • Changes in color or fading.
  • Use of an inappropriate voltage or electrical current.
  • Careless or improper use of the device.
  • Unauthorized disassembly of the device.
  • Damage caused by dropping the device or as a result of a fall.

SAFETY RULES AND CLEANING THE DEVICE

  • Never leave the appliance turned on if the wax heater's container is empty.
  • To clean the wax heater, use oil-based products specifically designed for removing wax.

IMPORTANT! DO NOT USE CLEANING PRODUCTS CONTAINING ACID! They can damage the wax heater and void the warranty.

  • Do not place plastic containers with wax directly in the heater unless the wax manufacturer has specified that this is permissible.
  • This device is not intended for use by children without adult supervision.
  • Do not use the wax heater near a bathtub, shower stall, sink, or other water-holding containers.
  • Always keep the device clean and make sure no wax gets on the temperature control.

IMPORTANT! ALWAYS CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF THE WAX BEFORE APPLYING IT TO THE SKIN, BY APPLYING A SMALL AMOUNT OF WAX TO THE INSIDE OF YOUR WRIST.

- Use only cleaning agents specifically designed for wax melters to clean the device. Using unsuitable solvents can damage the device and cause toxic fumes to form during heating.
