Safe hexagonal cutter is used to lift cuticle and open sinuses. It does not have an abrasive, like diamond cutters and cutting notches, like most carbide cutters, the working part of this cutter is a narrowed hexagon.
It is used in hardware manicure and pedicure for:
• Soft removal of dense pterygium;
• Final (finishing) treatment of sinuses.
