The rich, bold colors give the design a special charm. The neon base is easy to apply with a brush, doesn’t run, self-levels, and can be used on its own. Thanks to its rich pigmentation, it completely replaces gel polish, saving the technician time during the procedure.

Application Recommendations: It is recommended to apply a thin layer of Rubber Base or Quick Base under the pigmented base using rubbing motions, followed by 30 seconds of curing under an LED lamp or 2 minutes of curing under a UV lamp. Apply the pigmented base in 2 thin layers, curing each layer for 90–120 seconds.
