This professional formula restores the hair's pH to its natural level, seals the cuticle, and helps strengthen the shape of new hair. In addition, the nourishing ingredients in the formula leave hair soft, smooth, and silky.

Duration of effect:
• Eyebrows: 10–15 minutes (depending on hair texture)

⚠ Important:

1. and Step 2 (Permanent Gel and Neutralizer Cream) must have the same processing time.
   For example, if the Permanent Gel was left on for 12 minutes, the Neutralizer Cream should also be left on for 12 minutes.
